Return Policy
Returns and exchanges can be made up to seven (7) days from the date of receipt. We have the right to refuse any item that is past ten (10) days from the date of purchase.
Clearance merchandise and any items marked “Final Sale” or "B-Team" may not be returned or exchanged.
Order Discrepancies and Damages
If you find a mistake with your order, or if you fail to receive it within the expected shipping time, please contact us immediately. Please report any item discrepancy within 5 days of receipt so we can research and review the issue in a timely manner. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Return By MailSecure your return in its original shipping package and purchase a shipping label at your own cost unless otherwise worked out with us.
Canceling Pending Orders
If you decide to cancel your order, please contact our Customer Service team at info@resinmunitorum.com within 24 hours to cancel any pending orders that have yet to be fulfilled. You may be charged shipping fees for any item that has already shipped.
Customized Items
Customized items are final sale. No returns.
Gift Cards
Gift cards can be used at any time. Resin Munitorum gift cards are not redeemable for cash. Gift cards that are lost or stolen cannot be replaced. Gifts cards do not expire and do not have a fee.
